2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
The Social Growth Service offered by Groimpact is a digital service that begins immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Under § 356 (5) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal expires early if Groimpact begins providing the service before the withdrawal period has ended, the consumer expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of the service, and the consumer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once execution begins.
Legal Consequences
By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that Groimpact will begin executing the service immediately and that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once execution has started. Therefore, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to our digital service.
Expiration of the Statutory Right
The statutory right of withdrawal expires once execution of the service has started and consent has been given. No statutory withdrawal right applies to our digital service.
3. Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Independent of statutory withdrawal rights, Groimpact offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that the following condition is met: 💰 100% refund if: • within 30 days of service activation, • not a single follower has been generated through our service. If zero followers are generated within this period, we will refund the full amount — with no further conditions. ❌ No refund will be granted if: • followers were generated, • the customer is subjectively dissatisfied, • the customer changes their mind, • onboarding was not completed, • the customer does not respond, provides incorrect information, or account restrictions occur, • platform or terms-of-use violations occur. The refund request must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
4. Conclusion of Contract & Correction Options
The products and services displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation for the customer to submit an offer. By clicking “Complete Purchase”, the customer submits a legally binding offer. After submitting the order: 1. the customer receives an automatic confirmation of receipt, 2. this does not constitute acceptance of the offer, 3. Groimpact may accept the offer within three business days. If no acceptance occurs, the customer is no longer bound by their order. Before submitting the order, the customer may correct input errors or cancel the process at any time.

The customer receives: • an order confirmation via email, • access to order details in the customer account (if available), • the ability to print or save the Terms & Conditions and contract documents.
