*2. Right of withdrawal*

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dennis Heinz, Zwisslerstraße 71640 Ludwigsburg, email: info@groimpact.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

*Consequences of revocation*

In the event of cancellation, all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for alternative deliveries), will be refunded promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the cancellation notice. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless something else was agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. The refund may be refused until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The goods must be returned promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided in comparison to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

*Expiration of the right of withdrawal*

The right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully provided and execution has only begun after you have expressly consented and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

*3. Conclusion of contract and correction options*

The products and services presented in the online shop do not represent a binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to make a binding offer. By clicking on “Book package” the customer can select the desired products for ordering. After entering the necessary registration data, the customer can check the order and make changes. By clicking on “Place binding order” the customer makes a binding offer. Receipt of the order is automatically confirmed by email, but this does not constitute acceptance of the order.
