Refund Policy
Monthly Subscription Agreement – Groimpact Social Media Growth Service
By subscribing to our monthly Social Media Growth Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. Subscription Fees
1. Your subscription incurs an initial and recurring monthly fee based on the current subscription price. 2. You are responsible for all recurring payments, including charges processed by Groimpact after your payment method has expired, until cancellation is completed. 3. Failed or non-processable payments do not release you from your payment obligation.
2. Automatic Payments
1. Groimpact is authorized to automatically charge your selected payment method each month without requiring additional approval. 2. This authorization remains valid until you update your payment method in writing or cancel your subscription. 3. Updating or attempting to cancel a payment method does not affect charges already submitted for processing.
3. Automatic Monthly Renewal
1. Your subscription renews automatically for consecutive monthly periods. 2. Your payment method will be charged monthly at the current subscription rate until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
1. You may submit a cancellation request at any time using the cancellation button on our website. 2. All cancellations are processed exclusively through WhatsApp Support or via email. 3. Due to heavy email volume, cancellations submitted via email may be delayed. Timely processing of email cancellations is NOT guaranteed. 4. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the next renewal date. 5. Late cancellations may not be processed in time, and your subscription may renew and be charged automatically. 6. A cancellation becomes effective only after the customer provides all required information necessary for account verification, including full name, registered email, Instagram username, and order/invoice details. 7. If Groimpact requests additional information to verify a cancellation and the customer does not respond, the subscription continues and remains fully billable until all required information is provided.
5. 7-Day Free Trial – Terms & Abuse Protection
1. Each customer is entitled to one 7-day free trial per person and per account. 2. Multiple trial uses, duplicate accounts or attempts to bypass the one-time limit will be detected and are not permitted. 3. Misuse (e.g., fake identities, multiple registrations) may result in permanent account suspension. 4. If the trial is cancelled and restarted later, the subscription begins as a paid plan immediately — remaining free days do not carry over. 5. Unused or expired trial days cannot be credited or restored.
Eligibility
1. Timeframe
A full refund is possible if the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
2. Service Usage
The service must have been used as intended.
No follower must have been generated during the refund period.
3. Refund Not Granted If
Refunds will not be granted if:
the service was not used
misuse or violation of rules occurred
the request is submitted after 30 days
onboarding failed due to customer negligence
Instagram restrictions or customer changes interfered with performance
any follower was generated

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
failure to use the service
violations of service rules
late submissions
customer negligence during onboarding
Instagram restrictions or issues caused by the user
