Right of Withdrawal Notice & Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee

1. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB

The service offered by Groimpact is a digital service whose execution begins immediately after the order is completed. Pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely if: 1. the customer expressly agrees that the execution of the service begins before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, 2. the customer confirms that they are aware that they lose their right of withdrawal once execution begins, 3. and the execution of the service has begun. By completing the order, the customer expressly agrees: • that Groimpact begins execution of the digital service immediately, • that technical resources, system capacities, and individual processes are provided and reserved immediately, • and that the statutory right of withdrawal expires upon the start of the service execution. Withdrawal after the start of service execution is therefore excluded.

2. Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, Groimpact voluntarily offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. A full refund is possible if no measurable follower growth has been achieved on the specified social media account within 30 days of service activation.

3. Exclusion of the Money-Back Guarantee

The voluntary money-back guarantee does not apply in particular in the following cases: • follower growth has already been achieved, • subjective dissatisfaction, • change of mind by the customer, • onboarding not completed or delayed, • missing or incorrect customer data, • technical limitations or platform changes by Instagram or TikTok, • violations of contractual terms or cooperation obligations. The voluntary money-back guarantee is an additional voluntary service provided by Groimpact and does not replace statutory consumer rights.

4. Request for Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days after service activation. 5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued exclusively via the original payment method used.
